A good set of French wine glasses, circa 1900, of notably heavy quality.
 
Hand-blown with pleasing irregularities, each glass has a solid, weighty stem and a rounded bowl typical of late 19th to early 20th-century French bistroware. The glass has a gentle, slightly warm tint from age and use, giving them wonderful character.
 
There are 15 glasses in total, with 12 in good condition and 3 showing minor faults.
 
A charming and practical set with real presence on the table.
