Signed with monogram F I at bottom right and although we have not been able to ascertain the artist it is by a very good hand. It is not Ferdinand Leger as the monogram is wrong and style wise this is completely different.
This is a very striking and large mid century mixed media on board, it is high quality and in very good condition.
