A Gorgeous Victorian Silver & Cranberry Glass Scent Bottle

A fabulous Victorian silver mounted scent bottle. This lovely example, has a cranberry glass body, decorated with gilded flowers and leaves. The hinged lid is silver and opens to reveal the original peg stopper. A lovely and desirable collector's item, with a practical use. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Excellent, with no chips or cracks to the glass. The silver has no splits or holes and there is no gilding loss.

Hallmarks :- Unmarked but tests as silver.

Date :- c1880.

Height :- 6.4 cms.

Diameter :- 3.5 cms. (widest point).
