I love these little Afshar bagfaces for their well drawn designs and bright colours. The white border shows off the central field well which has an asymmetric design. I often appreciate a piece for its range of colour and the presence of a good aubergine tone is always a good sign. I think this has some good age to it and believe it to be a very good example of type.
Fair condition with lowish pile and a little loss to the top.
