LATE MEDIEVAL CARVED CHURCH FIGURE OF JOSEPH. LOVELY LARGE SIZE HAND-CARVED RELIGIOUS FIGURE CAME FROM THE ORIGINAL RUSSELL-COTES MUSEUM SOLD OFF IN THE 1960S. THE ORIGINAL INVENTORY STATED THAT THIS WAS A 15TH CENTURY AUSTRIAN OR SOUTH GERMAN HIGH ALTAR CARVING.
UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE NO PAPERWORK. THE INFORMATION I HAVE IS FROM OLD FAMILY INVENTORY OF WHERE THESE ITEMS WERE BOUGHT
