Piece is enscribed 'Julien' in the glass - Julien was a French glass maker working out of Choisy-le-Roi in the 1930s

A striking three-horn epergne featuring opaline and frosted glass elements

The central bowl is wide and shallow, with a soft milky-white opaline finish and engraved leaf motifs around the interior

Rising from the centre is a triple trumpet-form vase cluster, each trumpet made from clear glass with ruffled rims and a decorative light-green applied glass twist near the base

The trumpets - perfect for displaying flowers - are supported by an ornate metal mount with foliate and classical detailing

The base combines opaline glass baluster supports with polished chrome or nickel-plated round tiers, giving it a transitional Art Deco fee
