The bifurcating tiered frame is ornamented with sixteen pavé set Old European round cut diamonds.

The impressive Art Deco pendant suspends from a 17.5' platinum chain via an integrated bale to the reverse of the upper border of the frame.

Every single antique dealer on our platform is individually approved by our internal team. We verify their professional trade history, ethical standards, and photographic quality to ensure a secure, high-standard buying environment. Upon joining, every dealer agrees to a strict 9-point code of conduct. While issues can occasionally arise, our dealers typically resolve them swiftly and directly with the buyer. In fact, since our founding in 2002, Sellingantiques has only had to step in to help resolve an issue on roughly five occasions—a true testament to the quality of our dealers and their dedication to your happiness.
Our dealers are highly experienced in packing and shipping fragile, high-value antiques. Because you are in direct contact with the dealer, you will be able to easily go through all available shipping and insurance options together to ensure your item arrives safely.
Antiques are the ultimate green purchase. By choosing historical pieces over newly manufactured goods, you completely eliminate the carbon footprint of modern mass production while preserving exceptional, timeless craftsmanship.

Art Deco pendants from the 1930s are recognised for their geometric symmetry, streamlined shapes, and emphasis on white metals such as platinum. Designs frequently incorporated geometric ribbon motifs, articulated drops, and linear stone arrangements inspired by modern architecture and industrial design.

Art Deco jewellery predominantly featured platinum or white gold settings to highlight the clarity of diamonds. Diamonds were commonly cut into old European, single, or transition cuts, often accented with fine millegrain detail and platinum chain mountings.

Authentic 1930s pieces typically feature period-correct metal hallmarks, platinum mountings, hand-carved galleries, and geometric openwork. The cut of the diamonds, such as old European or transitional cuts, along with precise hand-engraved or millegrain border details, indicates genuine period construction.

An Art Deco diamond pendant can be styled as a focal piece for formal attire or worn as an elevated accent against minimalist high-neck modern tailoring. Its neutral tone and clean geometry make it adaptable to both contemporary eveningwear and structured daywear.

Clean platinum and diamond jewellery using a soft brush, mild detergent, and lukewarm water, ensuring non-abrasive handling around settings. Store the piece individually in a lined box or pouch to prevent diamonds from scratching other items or delicate chain links from tangling.
