Below, the chest features two short drawers over two long drawers, each with cross-banded detailing and fitted with their original handles and escutcheons. All drawers run smoothly. Overall, this is an attractive and practical piece.

CONDITION REPORT:
In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches throughout the piece. Some fading to the right hand side and watermarks to the top (pictured). Small loss to front right corner (pictured) but overall in good condition.
