Description

A fine pair of antique Cartier napkin rings made from a heavy gauge cast sterling silver in a stylised Art Nouveau / Art Deco design dating to c.1930 / 1940; a rarely found example.

Probably made in Italy for the international markets of London, Paris and New York. They sit in their original case lined in black velvet and cream silk; the interior of the lid gold printed " Cartier / London / New York / Paris ".

The pair are a lovely weight at a combined 2.41 Troy Ounces / 74.9 Grams each measuring 1 5/8" in diameter x 1" and the box measuring 5 3/8" x 3 1/8" x 2 1/4".
