With a pediment of carved Prince of Wales feathers, meeting scrolling leaves, flowing to smaller rosette paterae, joining the vase finials of the shaped and tapered reeded columns, which fall outward to, again, rosette paterae. The crossbanded body holding the plate, hinging on brass floral decorated handles.
Date circa 1830.
