Antique Mahogany Twin Pedestal Desk

Description

A super quality Victorian 19th century twin pedestal three part leather topped desk. This small Georgian 4' type writing table has the more desirable rounded corners and retains its original handles. This piece of antique furniture has been fully restored by qualified experienced restorers so that all the drawers slide smoothly; the leather has been replaced and the whole traditionally wax polished to a warm rich colour. All the drawers have hardwood linings and are graduated in depth. The whole is raised on swivel castors.

Excellent original condition. Circa 1870.

Measures 47”w x 23”d x 28.5”h (kneehole measures 22”w x 22.5”h)
