Vintage 0.90 Carat Unheated Sapphire & Diamond Three Stone Ring

1940 - 1960
Description

A beautiful sapphire and diamond three stone ring. The vivid, deep blue sapphire in the centre - certified as natural and unheated - is flanked by a pair of glowingly white round brilliant cut diamonds. On a slim platinum shank which tapers at the shoulders.

Accompanied by an independent jewellery report from WGI, stating the sapphire is unheated.

Cut: Oval cut sapphire and round brilliant cut diamonds.

Colour: The diamonds are G to H.

Clarity: The sapphire is loupe-clean. The diamonds are SI1 and SI2.

Carat: The sapphire is approximately 0.90 carat. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.40 carat.

Size: L 1/2 (UK) or 5 7/8 (US). Free sizing available.

Measurements: The sapphire is 5.87 x 4.87mm. From the outer edge of one diamond to the other is 14.3mm. The ring is 6.6mm at the widest point and sits 5.0mm from the finger.

Weight: 3.26 grams.

Metal: Platinum. Tested with a Niton DXL Precious Metal Analyzer.
