Description

A Superior Quality Edwards & Roberts Of London 19th Century Satinwood Inlaid Serpentine Cabinet. The upper section with a broken neck pediment with a central painted urn, above a floral pen work and marquetry inlaid frieze. Having serpentine ends and central glazed doors, opening to reveal a velvet lined interior. The lower section again of serpentine outline having a central frieze drawer stamped Edwards & Roberts above four beautiful marquetry and pen work inlaid panels with ribbons and swag inlay, above central marquetry panels depicting the Arts. Raised on square tapering supports with spade feet. English circa 1890-1900. In superb original condition, cleaned and waxed.

Dimensions: 87" high x 49" wide x 17" deep
