The impressive antique twist ring shank is ornamented with a cushion cut blue and pink sapphire, millegrain decorated collet set in a diagonal formation.

The curved ring shoulders integrate into the twist design and blend seamlessly with the plain hallmarked ring shank.

The ring is hallmarked to the interior surface of the shank with the maker's mark, the 18 carat gold mark (18CT) and the platinum mark (PT).
