An 18th century oil on canvas depicting ''Joseph & Potiphar''s Wife''.
 
The work is extremely well done with exceptional attention to details throughout. The red undertones subtly relay the emotions of the scene. The work is housed in a substantial giltwood frame, which has some minor repairs to one corner (please see photographs) but otherwise remains in a very good condition throughout. Unsigned but ''PE'' stamped verso.
