After Jean-Claude-Francois Joseph Rosset (French 1706-1786)
A fine large pair of French Restauration period bronze figures of Rousseau & Voltaire, cast after models by Rosset. Each figure standing on a square Spanish brocatelle marble plinth with stepped waterleaf moulded ormolu base. Both finely detailed with original dark patination.
