Superb blue and white charger in excellent antique condition. Decorated with a detailed landscape scene at its centre, depicting pagoda-style buildings, a bridge, and a pair of birds in flight, hallmarks of the romantic Willow pattern, which blends Chinese-inspired motifs with English decorative tradition. Crafted in durable Mason’s Patent Ironstone the deep blue glaze remains vibrant, and the transfer work is crisp and well-aligned, suggesting an early and high-quality production.
