Set of Eight Lancashire Spindle Back Rush Dining Chairs

A beautiful set of eight Lancashire spindle back chairs, of which two are armchairs. The six chairs are a matched set with near matching carver armchairs. The antique dining chairs all have decorative bar backrests with rectangular shaped rush seats. The rush chairs are all raised on turned front legs and square back legs with stretcher supports. A brilliant set of eight dining chairs, full of rustic charm.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches throughout the piece and some staining to the carved armchairs. Rush seating on all chairs is solid and sound.
