Description

A really wonderful Edwardian sterling silver pot-pourri box by one of the most famous and collectible siversmith's of the era, William Comyns.

The lid is quite exceptional, beautifully cast with a floral and foliate design allowing the contents to permeate the air. The removal lid reveals an opulent gilded interior.

The hallmark is for London 1906, together with the makers initials W C. Excellent condition, the lid measuring 2 1/2" and the box standing 1" high.
