Rue des Fontenelles has dated this piece to the 1950s.
Went on to exhibit widely in the English provinces, and at the RA, ROI, at the Paris Salon and in America. The Graves Art Gallery, Sheffield, holds her work. She was a sister of the painters May and Violet Wilson. Lived at Barlow, near Sheffield.
