The antique Victorian mahogany pedestal desk features a rectangular top, inset with an brown leather writing surface, detailed with gold gilding. The central section of the desk is raised with a sloped surface, which opens to reveal six pigeonholes and two small drawers for added storage. Below the top, an arrangement of eight drawers with a central dummy drawers above the kneehole, each drawer fitted with two wooden knobs. The desk is raised on a sturdy plinth base with castors for ease of movement.
