The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1940s.
The watch has a calibre 283 17-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely.

The watch measures 33mm diameter excluding the signed Omega winding crown and the lugs. The case is stainless steel and it is in very nice condition. The inside of the case back has the Omega logo and the case reference 2391-10 which is correct for the calibre 283.

The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial is in its original finish with original feuille shaped hands and a centre seconds hand. There is light freckling across the dial, and a blemish to the right of the centre.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
