Georgian Derby Porcelain Candlestick “dog And Birds”, Museum-referenced Antique, C.1760

A rare 18th-century Derby porcelain “Fable Candlestick” from around 1760, modelled with two finches among a richly flowered bocage and a small dog below, set on a rococo scroll base enriched with gilt and green detail. The piece belongs to the Pale Family period of Derby production (1756–1769), recognised for its soft enamel tones and refined sculptural style.
