This Cabinet was originally designed for organising letters and paperwork in a commercial or solicitor’s office. Marketed under the “Advance” brand, this patented filing system was supplied through specialist British office outfitters, firms such as Globe-Wernicke and Office Specialty.

The cabinet has been refinished, ensuring the timber presents beautifully while preserving both the original fittings and the period filing mechanism.
