1940 - 1960
Description

A bright transitional cut diamond from the middle part of the last century set in a contemporary platinum mount. The diamond is secured in a six claw collet within a scrolling gallery, and is framed by six (three each side) step cut natural rubies to a slim D-shaped shank. A stunning design, beautifully executed.

Accompanied by an independent jewellery report from WGI.

Cut: Transitional cut diamonds with square step-cut rubies.

Colour: The diamond is I(i).

Clarity: The diamond is SI1.

Carat: The diamond is 0.82 carat, with approximately 0.20 carat of rubies.

Circa: The diamond was cut and polished circa 1950. The setting is new.

Size: K 1/2 (UK) or 5 3/8 (US). Free sizing available.

Measurements: The diamond is 5.96 x 6.03mm and sits 5.1mm from the finger.

Weight: 3.23 grams.

Metal: Platinum. Tested with a Niton DXL Precious Metal Analyzer.Accompanied by an independent jewellery report from WGI.
