Description

Gents 1950s Baume & Mercier wrist watch.

The watch has a 17-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely.

The watch measures 33mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is stainless steel and it is in good condition. The screw-on case back states that the watch is waterproof but, as with any vintage watch, it should be kept away from water and moisture. The inside of the case back is signed with the Baume & Mercier name.

The lens is in good condition.

The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands and centre seconds hand with red pointer end.

A later leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
