A superb early Victorian spirit decanter. This splendid example has a thistle shaped body and slice cut shopulders, with an applied neck ring. There is extensive hobnail and porthole cutting in a wrythen pattern. The base has a polished pontil mark. The stopper is of matching mushroom form and the neck is flared. Condition :- Excellent with no chips or cracks. There are a few tiny fleabites, commensurate with age and use.
