An Antique Victorian Silver-Plated Table Gong designed in a naturalistic faux-bamboo style, with matching striker. It is a beautiful example of late 19th-century Orientalist-inspired decorative arts, merging utility with artistic form. Most likely used as a dinner gong, servant bell, or parlour call bell, it reflects a period where such objects were not only functional but also served as visual centrepieces within affluent homes – circa 1890.
