High-back Windsor Chair - Elm - c1890

This Elm Windsor chair is a great shape and is presented in good condition.

The chair has good seat height combined with strength in the back and arms and therefore makes an excellent choice as a regular daily use chair (see images for full dimensions).

The Elm seat plate displays the grain and beauty of the wood superbly.

The chair rides upon turned legs which are united by a single 'H' stretcher for extra robustness and durability.

This chair will make a charming additon to any home and is a nice example of this classic design.
