Description

Royal Worcester porcelain cup and saucer, dated 1916. The saucer finely gilded with studies of ferns, on a turquoise ground; the centre gilded.

The cup similarly decorated, and gilded internally; having a simple gilt loop handle.

Puce printed factory marks, and date code for 1916 to both pieces.

Height of cup – 4.5 cm, 1 3/4”.

Diameter of saucer – 9.5 cm, 3 3/4”.

Condition – Excellent. No damage. No restoration.
