Description

A unique Victorian cross pendant carved in natural banded agate ranging from brown to red and pale translucent orange. Capped with nine-carat gold of a lovely slightly rosy colour.

SIZE: 3.2 x 2.1cm, not including the bail.

WEIGHT: 2.3g.

MATERIALS: Nine-carat (375) gold, agate.

HALLMARKS/STAMPS: None.

CONDITION: The pendant is in very good antique condition, although there are some chips to the bottom edge.

ERA: Victorian (c.1837-1901).
