Victorian Walnut Jewellery Box With Tunbridge Ware Inlaid Bands.
 
A superb example of a Victorian Walnut Jewellery box dating back to c.1880. The box features a dome shaped top with wonderful Tunbridge ware inlaid bands running down the top and front with a lozenge shaped top and key escutcheon to each centre with mother of pearl escutcheons.
 
We have professionally relined the interior with handcrafted marble paper.
 
Unfortunately the box doesn’t come with a working lock and key.
 
Superb quality and condition measuring 26 x 18 and stands 13cm high.
