Trending Vintage Retro has dated this Oval Mahogany Wall Mirror to the 1910s.
The bevelled mirror glass catches the light beautifully and remains clear and bright, this is very well preserved for its age, although there is a scratch of a few cm's to the centre right. The back retains its original wooden panel, with a sliver missing to the very bottom, and hanging chain, showing honest surface wear consistent with early century craftsmanship. The fact the backing is solid wood is indicative of the high quality of this product.

The mirror’s smooth, curved shape and fine wood grain make it a timeless and versatile piece — perfect for adding warmth and understated sophistication to a hallway, bedroom, or dressing area. It also works wonderfully as part of a gallery wall or above a console table, blending easily with both period and modern interiors.

A refined and well-proportioned example of post-war British design, this mirror combines quality materials with restrained elegance. Its simplicity and craftsmanship give it enduring appeal, ideal for anyone seeking authentic vintage decor with a touch of mid-century style.
