Description

A dramatic antique ruby ring featuring an absolutely glowing ruby - certified as natural, unheated and originating from Myanmar (Burma). The ruby is rubover set in yellow gold in closed-back collet. The wide and flat band splits at the top and features a buckle detail at the shoulders.

Accompanied by a ruby report from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory stating the ruby shows no evidence of heating, and is Burmese (Myanmar) in origin.

Cut: Oval.

Clarity: Slightly included.

Carat: 1.88.

Circa: 1900.

Size: M (UK) or 6 (US). Free sizing available.

Measurements: The ruby is 8.7 x 6.6 and sits 4.5 from the finger.

Weight: 4.89 grams.
