A lovely Heals of London Buttery Hutch range antique solid oak writing table / desk complete with the original matching Heals oak chair, they have always been together. The Heals antique writing desk is in fabulous, original condition and in the original finish. Having two drawers to the front with the original shaped oak handles, they both run well and one has the Heals makers label inset. The oak writing table stands on well turned legs that are joined by stretchers and around the front edge of the desk has a nicely moulded case. The matching Heals oak chair is also in superb, strong condition and has a traditionally rushed drop in seat, also in excellent condition. Perfect for a side table, writing table or dressing table, dates to around 1915.
