Oil Painting - Follower Of Philips Wouwerman 1619 - 1668.

18th century oil on canvas follower of the dutch golden age painter Philips Wouwerman of Haarlem , Netherlands 1619 - 1668. The landscape depicts a military encampment with soldiers in a hive of activity. The picture is brilliantly painted and is in good condition, with some minor blemishes around the edges. To the rear of the picture is an old label that says Mulberry Esq? and some old lot numbers in chalk. At the bottom of the stretcher, written in ink is the artists name P.L.Wouwerman.
