Description

A late Victorian ladies 9k gold wristwatch. This is a very early example with a narrow, flexible strap. A lovely bezel with alternating turquoise and seed pearl decorations in recessed settings. An enamel dial with blue Roman numerals and red at 12 o'clock. Blued steel hands.

A Swiss mechanism with a lever escapement. The case inner is marked 9K with serial numbers. The case rear is engraved 'Jean Xmas 1900'
