Description

A high class Art Deco diamond and sapphire cluster ring. The super lively and bright old European cut diamond in the centre - gauged a weighing just under half a carat - is claw set within a surround of 14 calibré cut sapphires. A further 28 eight-cut diamonds are grain set in the border, with elegant "U" detailing in the under-gallery, leading to a slender platinum shank.

Cut:? Old European cut diamond in the centre. The smaller diamonds are eight-cuts. The sapphires are calibré step cuts.

Colour:? The centre diamond is G. The surrounding diamonds range from G to J.

Clarity:? The centre diamond is SI1. The surrounding diamonds are SI1 to SI2. The sapphires are eye-clean.

Carat:? The centre diamond is approximately 0.45 carat, with a further approximate 0.28 carat in the surround. The total approximate sapphire weight is 0.40 carat.

Circa:? 1920.

Size:? K (UK) or 5 1/8 (US). Free sizing available.

Measurements:? The head of the ring is 14.25 x 11.0mm. Sits 5.5mm from the finger.
