Description

This sizeable and very elegant solid silver photograph frame is dated Birmingham 1916 and measures a little under 9 inches high. The silver frame with a distinctive arched upper section. Light oak back and easel. The simplicity of design gives it a timeless appeal

Hallmarks:

H&A for Horton & Allday.

Birmingham Assay Mark.

Lion passant.

Date letter "r" for 1916.

Condition:

Very good.

Silver frame with no creases or scratches.

Oak back in very good condition.

Hinge on easel firm and secure.

Dimensions:

Maximum height: 23cm / 9 inches.

Width: 14cm / 5.4 inches.

Aperture:

Height: 18cm / 7.1 inches.

Width: 12cm / 4.6 inches.
