Large Pair of Silver Candlesticks 1905

1900 - 1920
Description

A Large Pair of Silver Candlesticks.

Each with a scallop and stepped rim square lift out drip pan. The drip pans fitting with waisted vase shaped candle holders, over a stepped and concave edged knop, sweeping into the rising leaf stems, finished with a vase shaped wocle, broadening into a circular rimmed foot. The plinth bases of scallop and stepped form, to repeat the design of the drip pans.

Hallmarked for William Fordham and Albert Buckley Faulkner, Sheffield 1905.

Height 11 3/4 inches, 30cm.

Width 5 1/4 inches, 13.5cm.
