Antique 0.11 Carat Old Cut Diamond Cluster Ring, Circa 1920

Description

A very pretty Art Deco old cut diamond cluster ring. The old mine cut diamond in the centre is rubover set in platinum, and floats within a finely vented and milgrained platinum surround, set with a further eight cuts (six eight-cut and two rose cuts). Elegant back-holing in the gallery leads to a slender 18k yellow gold shank.

Cut: Old mine cut in the centre, with six eight-cuts and two rose cuts in the surround.

Colour: J.

Clarity: SI2.

Carat: The centre is approximately 0.07 carat, with a total approximate diamond weight of 0.11 carat.

Condition: The discolouration on the inside of the base of the band can be removed upon request.

Circa: 1920.

Size: R (UK) or 8 5/8 (US). Free sizing available.

Measurements: The face of the ring is 10.9 x 7.0mm and sits 3.9mm from the finger.

Weight: 2.39 grams.

Metal: 18k yellow gold and platinum. Tested with a Niton DXL Precious Metal Analyzer.
