In A Nutshell Antiques and Interiors has dated this piece to the 1920s.
It has four splayed legs with castors below. The height of the seat is adjustable, the chair swivels on a large bolt and also tilts when you lean back in the chair.
It is in very good condition for its age. It has developed a lovely patina and is structurally very sound. It is not without a few small marks and knocks here and there but nothing detrimental. The swivel mechanism is in good strong working order with minimal play for a chair of this age.
It is approximately 32" (81cm) high and the arms are 23" (59cm) wide. The seat is approximately 18" (46cm) high and 18 1/2" (47cm) deep
