A superb large English antique solid sterling silver spoon. It is hallmarked for London 1893 with the maker being Sibray, Hall & Co (Job Frank Hall). It has been superbly made being a replica of the coronation spoon used to anointed the Kings and Queens of the Great Britain. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs, tiny engraving to the reverse which could be easily buffed out. It measures 10.25 inches (26cm) long by over 2.25 inches (6cm) wide and weighs 100 grams. A very nice quality unusual piece.
