An quality inlaid mantel clock by Henri Marc of Paris. A multi coloured inlaid case over an ebonised background. An enamel dial with Roman numerals and blued steel hands signed by maker 'Hry Marc a Paris'. A well cast gilt dial bezel surround. An 8-day duration, silk suspension mechanism striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a bell. Circa 1850.
