A Well-travelled Leather Monogramed Trunk Or Hat Box With Some Interesting Travel Labels And History. Circa 1910

Lined in red fabric with a brass lock inscribed “English Lever” with the Monogram C.F.B. (Cecil Frank Beadel) with various original travel labels pasted to the top and two sides.
 
Including a remarkable Monte-Carlo Grand Hotel label, Grosvenor London, Euston Station London and London Victoria, plus Richard Pool – Removers and Contractors label with the name ‘Mr Beadel’ and a ‘Canadian Pacific Ocean Services Limited’ label with the following hand written details:

Mr C.F. Beadel was identified as one of the gentlemen who played prominent parts in connection with the raising and equipment of Lumsden’s Horse.
