This gorgeous nurses watch is a brooch with an upside down watch for a nurse to view. It is made in sterling silver with marcasite and the watch is attached to a bow brooch. The watch which is working, is set in a square frame of marcasite which measures 22mm across and it hangs from the bow brooch 55mm in length. It is original from 1960s. Hallmarks to the reverse. Offered in great working condition.
