Art Deco 1.00 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, Circa 1915

1900 - 1920
Description

This is a wonderful vintage engagement ring. The old European cut diamond in the centre is zingingly white, bright and full of fire. The stone is secured in a ten claw coronet collet which sits nice and low to the finger, and is flanked by dramatically flared shoulders which slim to a slender D-shaped shank. All in 18k gold.

Accompanied by an independent jewellery report from WGI.

Cut: Old European.

Colour: F.

Clarity: SI2.

Carat: 1.00.

Circa: 1910.

Size: K 1/2 (UK) or 5 3/8 (US). Free sizing available.

Measurements:? The diamond is 6.11 x 6.34mm and sits 4.2mm from the finger.

Weight: 2.58 grams.

Metal: 18k gold. Tested with a Niton DXL Precious Metal Analyzer.
