The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch has a Revue Thommen stem-winding movement which is working nicely. This is a good quality movement with screw-set jewels and snail cam micro regulator. The movement is signed Syren, a brand name registered by Revue Thommen. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.
The watch measures 52mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop.
The case is in good condition, nice crisp engine turned detail to the hinged case back, and a monogrammed cartouche to the centre.
The glass lens has light marking, not too noticeable to the naked eye.
The dial is in lovely condition with original blued steel hands.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
