A fine Art Nouveau heart-shaped brooch in yellow gold, with a delicate floral motif over a Plique-à-jour light blue enamel background. Set with three genuine rose-cut diamonds and finished with a single seed pearl drop. The design perfectly captures the elegance and craftsmanship of the turn of the 20th century.
