A pair of Japanese Cloisonne vases with jewel-like qualities by Ota Tameshiro. Very detailed with many flowers beneath flowering prunus there are lilies, chysanthemums, peonies etc. Birds fly through the scene. These vases are pre Vagner and date around 1870. They are both clearly marked with the Tameshiro design. Each still has its'' original packing case.Condition: There is a small flake (2 - 3 mm) missing from the shoulder of one vase.
